The following rules must be followed when betting on 999gk:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bet odds may change before a match begins. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network latency. 999gk reserves the right to apply the last confirmed odds in such cases.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the member's account.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 999gk reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and are displayed accordingly.

If suspicious betting patterns are detected, 999gk may hold any bet for review and void it if necessary. Bets linked to match-fixing or information manipulation are strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 999gk:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• All transactions must be made using a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Transactions are monitored in accordance with AML policy to prevent money laundering.

999gk does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider's own transaction charges may apply.

All bonuses and promotional offers on 999gk are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999gk. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to exploit the system through arbitrage betting or any other method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Betting using automated bots or scripts.

999gk may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit required documents.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

You may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@999gk.click. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a rule violation.

999gk is not liable for the following:

• Bets not placed or delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Account information leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting (betting carries risk and members participate with full awareness).
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen events (Force Majeure).

999gk is committed to maintaining high service standards. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons. In such cases, normal service will be restored as quickly as possible.
